I’ve just attended my regular monthly meeting with Heads of Service and Directors. Due to its high profile, I have to deliver a specific status report about our upgrade scheme. I took the opportunity to praise the effort and the work JR Pridham are putting into developing a working contract for the scheme, and the impressive manner we are working together to build good working relationships across all levels.

The performance of JRP has been exemplary and they have provided an excellent service. In addition, the work that JRP have put into relationships with Yorkshire Water personnel cannot be overstated and together with very cost effective service the results of the contract are first-class.
