Motor Control Centres
JRP offer the complete range of MCC solutions built to the clients
requirements to the highest quality standards. Whatever the
application in whatever the environment JRP can provide the required
solution. Typical MCC’s are Form 4 Type 2, however we can cater
for any Industry or client specific requirement. Our production team
are able to provide a wide range of Control Panels, ranging from single
units to multi-bay cabinets including ICA and MCC cabinets and complex
engineered systems.
With AutoCAD design facilities and In-house PC & PLC control software
development, JRP can deliver the complete automation solution from
the simplest DOL starter to intelligent motor control centres with fieldbus
communications.In-house electrical installation teams can fully support on-site installation and commissioning services, ensuring the complete turnkey capability from design to project handover.
JRP can supply CE marked assemblies, manufactured in accordance with BS EN 60439-1:1999 and any further client specific requirements.
Pre-Designed Production Solutions
JRP provide production services to clients where control solutions and designs
have already been completed. JRP act as an outsourced production outlet
minimising client costs and maximising flexibility and efficiency.
JRP’s production facilities in Reading, Berkshire and Caerphilly in South Wales
can handle a diverse range of requirements. From wiring loom production to
complete multi-bay control panel suite assembly. Dedicated test and
commissioning areas allow the client to benefit from factory acceptance and
witness testing approval prior to site delivery and installation.
Retrofit and Refurbishment
JRP also provide complete control panel refurbishment and modification solutions for existing installations that require overhaul, have suffered failure or simply require updating. Our design teams will ensure that current control philosophies are maintained and new systems are integrated into existing plant with the minimum disruption and downtime to the client’s process.
