Event Suite - 'WaSP' Service Tools

The Event Suite Service Tools package is a desktop application used for managing remote WaSP site hardware via GSM / GPRS technology. The application provides: -

•   Configuration & setup
•   Remote communication via GSM / GPRS
•   Remote data upload / download
•   Remote facility operation, status monitoring and control
•   Proximity card / key fob / user management
•   Contractor billing and invoicing
•   Industry standard .csv file generation
•   Integration into existing corporate packages

The Service Tools package provides the remote interface between the WaSP site hardware and the operational headquarters, where the data is collated, reviewed and processed. The software can be used as a dedicated stand alone tool or as an integral part of an organisational IT infrastructure.

The site hardware can be automatically polled at user defined intervals to capture transactional information and post the data to appropriate locations for further processing and review.

JRP also provide the Event Suite Web Portal for web based secure data management and enhanced visualisation.
